Ratha attends the Pannasastra University of Cambodia.  He studies International Relationship.  He volunteers for organizations called Explore Cambodia and Cycling for Change.  Ratha rents a room in Phnom Penh while he is studying.  His six brothers and sisters are also studying and he runs a small business to make ends meet because his parents are no longer living.  Ratha hopes to some day become a lawyer.
